The "Metro Cuffs", wear your city

Back in March, during the Woman Travel Fest in New York, I met a great designer, Tiffany Brunette, who told me about her collection of the Metro Cuffs, the bracelets having the metro map of the most important cities of the world on them.

Made of embossed stainless steel, which is a sustainable material, the bracelets are inherently adjustable, and combine two important elements: fashion and travel. They are the perfect accessorize for women like me who can't stop travelling and don't want to look like tourists or smartphone addicted by checking the app to see what stop they have to get off at.

Let's start with the one related to New York City, which happens to be my favorite one. Do you have any of idea how big it is? The Big Apple is not just a nickname, it's the keyword for this city, and that's why there is no way you can find all the metro lines in just one bracelet.

You can choose between Manhattan and Brooklyn, and even if it's your first time there and you travel alone, you will be able to go around without getting lost. Fifth Avenue, Times Square, Penn Station, Central Park, Broadway, and so on and so forth. It's my corner of Paradise and even if I know how to get around, I definitely want the bracelet! I saw Tiffany wearing it in the matte embossed version, and it was love at the first sight!

The Brooklyn, is mandatory to know how to go from DUMBO (Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass) to Coney Island, or from Red Hook to Williamsburg. It's basically what I need when I go to visit my dear friend Karen, catching the Q or Z line.

Moving on the other side of the States, California welcomes us with the Los Angeles bracelet, which offers more than just Hollywood, Venice Beach e the Santa Monica promenade. It also shows the Kodak Theater, the LACMA and Beverly Hills. How to get there? Have a look at your wrist while walking on the Walk of Fame and that's it!

Not to mention the one related to Long Beach, which is a must in order not to miss any of the beautiful beaches over there. This bracelet is one of the most creative ones, since it also shows other elements, such as the Atlantic Ocean and Fantasy Island.

Talking about the Golden State, could San Francisco have been skipped? Of course not. Nor only because it's my other favorite American city, but also because you can have an amazing view from the Coit Tower, as well as from the famous Golden Gate. Check on the bracelet how to reach Chinatown, it's definitely worth it!

Another mandatory city in the States is Chicago, with its different metro lines: from the red to the green, from the blue, to the purple, from the pink to the brown. I definitely need this bracelet while there, since I have never been there and I want my first time to be glamour and interesting.

What about Washington, which offers more than just the White House and the Smithsonian Museum? If you can't name at least 3 more places to visit, you will need the map to see what's at your fingertips, or in this case... at your wristtips.

The new entry in the collection is the Sea Isle City bracelet. Located in New Jersey, this spot can be summarized in 3 simple words: cocktails, sunsets and amazing beaches.

Moving to Europe, the list of cities picked for the bracelets is so cool! Starting from London, with Piccadilly Circus and its Cupid, the Tate Museum, Hyde Park. the Big Ben and the London Eye, the giant Ferris wheel, which offers an attractive view. Oh, by the way, mind the gap!

From England to France with love. Paris, with its Ville Lumière look and its nostalgic flavors. Its romantic essence along the Seine reaches the Eiffel Tower, passing through the Champs-Élysées. Oh, l'amour, l'amour...

What about Berlin, whose bracelet is a passe-partout to go around the German city? Look for the Ku'damm, with its elegant cross streets and the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial church, which got damaged during WWII and it has never been fully restored to commemorate the horrors of the war.

Finally, Italy is included too in this project, and at the moment the city available is... Milan, of course. Be sure to go shopping in Via Montenapoleone, famous for its ready-to-wear fashion and jewelry shops. If you decide to go to the Milan Fashion Week next year, this is a "metro cuff" is definitely a mandatory accessorize.

No matter what is the city, the bracelet is a real urban jewel, a must-have accessory all the adventure women have to wear, especially the ones like me, who get around without hesitation. The underground transport system won't have any secrets anymore from now on!

Purchase your bracelet HERE, for only 37$, and choose the model that suits you, as well as the color the best represents you.
